1. General
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the RaamiDaamit website and service, as well as all orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The customer agrees to these terms and conditions when placing an order.

3. Products and services
Frame Ladies offers:
physical products
digital products
services (e.g. workshops, art, orders)
We reserve the right to change the product and service selection without prior notice.
4. Placing an order
An order is created when the customer accepts the order and pays for it on the website or agrees on the order separately.
We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods:
MobilePay
Klarna
Stripe (card payments)
Payment is made at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Delivery
Delivery time and method will be announced when ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. transportation services).
7. Right of cancellation and refunds
The consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days, unless:
customized product
a digital product whose delivery has started
a service that has already been performed
The returned product must be unused and in its original condition.
The customer is responsible for return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Terms of Services
For services (e.g. workshops, custom work):
The reservation is binding.
cancellation conditions will be announced separately
Work that has already begun will be invoiced.
9. Limitation of liability
RaamiDaamit is not liable for indirect damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the order, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
10. Intellectual property rights
All content (images, texts, works) is the property of RaamiDaami, unless otherwise stated.
Copying or using content without permission is prohibited.
11. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by reasons beyond our control.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements will be resolved primarily through negotiation.
The consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.
13. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Finnish law.
