Payment terms

1. General

These payment terms apply to all products and services of the RaamiDaamit service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Prices

All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices.

3. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• MobilePay

• Klarna (invoice and installment payment)

• Stripe (card payments such as Visa and Mastercard)

Payments are processed through secure payment service providers.

4. Invoicing

If the payment method is an invoice:

• The payment period is 7–14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments will be subject to late payment interest in accordance with the Interest Act.

• Any comments on the invoice must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

5. Delays and unpaid invoices

If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to:

• interrupts service delivery

• charge a reminder fee

• transfer the receivable to collection

6. Advance payments

We reserve the right to charge an advance payment before starting the work or service.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation of an order must be notified in writing.
Work that has already begun will be charged according to actual costs.

8. Refund of payments

Any refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be made primarily to the original payment method.

9. Changes to payment terms

We reserve the right to change the payment terms. Changes will become effective when they are published on the website.

10. Applicable law

These payment terms are governed by Finnish law.
